The staff was amiable and nice at all levels. Brilliant central location right by underground close for those further afield, a ferry, and a restaurant with wifi. We visited Restaurante Botin, based right by the hotel...

The double room with windows overlooking the courtyard was great. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. - Having a microwave oven, coffeemaker, and refrigerator in the room was a nice touch. - the location was amazing, not far from the airport, a restaurant with wifi, and Madrid. - It was just a pleasant stroll to Restaurante Botin for lunch or dinner.

brilliant location close to everything, nice staff, everything was brand-new. location: the hotel was close to have a drink, the city center and the bridge. i found there a wide array of restaurants to eat, like restaurante botin that is only 15 minutes' walk away.

Great Location! The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to access all the main attractions. The room was also very comfortable, especially the spacious bathroom. I really appreciated the convenience of the common kitchen, which was well-equipped for preparing meals.
Communication and service left much to be desired. It was difficult to get in touch with the staff, and when I did reach out, there was a lack of prompt response.

The room was well-designed, clean, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the location was perfect, within walking distance to main tourist spots, restaurants, and bars. - the view from the room of the nearby church and surrounding area was stunning. - the mini kitchen and seating area in the room were convenient for storing and preparing food. - the cleaning staff, although not English-speaking, were friendly and helpful.
Felt completely satisfied, no complaints at all.

The location of the hotel was exceptional, situated in a super nice area right in the center of everything. It was close to Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, and the renowned Mercado San Miguel. the hotel's design and cleanliness were also top-notch, giving it a high 'boutique' standard. the room was nicely designed, clean, and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. the common areas, such as the kitchen and lounge zone, were well-maintained and added to the overall positive experience.
One negative aspect was the unreliable wifi signal, which was especially poor in my room.

My recent stay at The Bridge Huertas was perfect for my travel purpose of catching an early airport bus. The hotel's convenient location near Atocha/Plaza Cibeles made it easy for me to reach the bus on time. The well-designed and clean room had everything I needed for a comfortable short stay. The small single room was just right for one person. The hotel's kitchen and lounge area were impressive, and I particularly liked the lockers for guests. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to main tourist spots, restaurants, and bars made exploring the city a breeze.
Would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a prime location within walking distance to popular tourist spots, restaurants, and bars. The size of my room was perfect for a single person, and the bed was comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the modern and clean design of the room, which also offered a wonderful view of the nearby church and surrounding area. The added convenience of a mini kitchen and seating area was a great bonus, especially for microwaving food and storing items in the fridge.
Could not be improved in any way! 😊

I had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was so close to Puerto del Sol and Plaza Mayor, making it easy to walk to most areas I wanted to visit. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a good kitchen and a nice lounge zone. The room was beautifully designed, clean, and had everything I needed for my stay. The staff were not present in the hotel, but the communication before arrival was excellent, and the check-in process was simple, even when I arrived late at night.
Was all great.
